Every woman who joins this platform brings her own voice, perspective, gifts, creativity, experiences, and purpose to the table. As producer, Dr. Rae recognizes the unique strengths in each co-host and may assign different responsibilities, opportunities, conversations, or creative tasks based on the talents she sees in that individual and the needs of the production at that time.
This is never done to create division, exclusion, or secrecy. Our production operates with transparency, trust, and vision. Everything ultimately comes together for the benefit of the audience, the mission of the show, and the impact we are working to create through meaningful conversation and entertainment.
Collaboration
We believe collaboration requires maturity, open-mindedness, communication, and respect. We understand that creative environments will not always result in complete agreement, and that is okay.
